This is a non-impact exercise that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints; making it suitable for older adults. This program will practice breath awareness, relaxation, posture, flexibility, mobility and weight shifting, as well as pain management. It can reduce both anxiety and depression and can even help you sleep at night.
