Yoga classes, especially those that focus on the breath, create a wonderful blend of improved fitness and reduced stress. These states of greater ease radiate out into daily life, and to those we interact with, positively impacting families and community. Marigold Yoga

Located in historic downtown Ripon, Marigold Yoga invites you to a warm, welcoming studio for people of all levels, ages, shapes and physical conditions to experience yoga and other forms of mindful movement and stillness. Yoga emphasizes individual development and is a self-paced activity. Everyone works at his or her own level within the same class. Yoga poses, or asana, can be adapted to meet the needs of all students. In the non-competitive environment of a yoga class, students are encouraged to value their own experience, to discover that the feeling of a pose is more important than what it looks like.

Marigold Yoga offers many different classes, such as Abs & Core, Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa, Basics Yoga, Candlelight Restorative/Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga + Chi Gung, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa.

Yoga + Wine

Vines & Rushes Winery is partnering with Evensong Day Spa in offering Yoga classes followed by wine tasting at Evensong Day Spa in Green Lake.  These events will be held December 10, 2014, January 14, February 11 and March 11, 2015.  Yoga classes will be held from 6-7 pm, followed by wine tasting, as well as wine purchases by the glass or bottle.  Yoga class is free-will donation based, with donations going to the teacher and studio.

Due to limited space, the event will be limited to the first 40 guests and reservations are recommended. We encourage bringing your own mat but there will be a limited amount available for loan.
