With its ability to improve our resilience to stress, Yoga has a wide-ranging impact on health and wellness. Yoga classes, especially those that focus on the breath, create a wonderful blend of improved fitness and reduced stress. These states of greater ease radiate out into daily life, and to those we interact with, positively impacting families and community. The yoga studio itself becomes a kind of community, where people connect and create friendships.

Marigold Yoga

Located in historic downtown Ripon, Marigold Yoga invites you to a warm, welcoming studio for people of all levels, ages, shapes and physical conditions to experience yoga and other forms of mindful movement and stillness. Yoga emphasizes individual development and is a self-paced activity. Everyone works at his or her own level within the same class. Yoga poses, or asana, can be adapted to meet the needs of all students. In the non-competitive environment of a yoga class, students are encouraged to value their own experience, to discover that the feeling of a pose is more important than what it looks like.

Marigold Yoga offers many different classes, such as Abs & Core, Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa, Basics Yoga, Candlelight Restorative/Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga + Chi Gung, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa.
