Skate Rink Opens in Ripon

G

For the first time in several years, Riponites and visitors to the area have a place to ice skate!  Volunteers from the community, in partnership with Ripon College and the City of Ripon, created the ice skating rink to provide a safe, outdoor recreational activity.  The rink, which is located adjacent to the Village Green (400 Watson Street) in downtown Ripon, opened last Saturday.

Open skating is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 9 p.m. as well as Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4 to 9 p.m.  The rink is also open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  Grab your skates and come on down!
(Ice skates and adult supervision are not provided.  Skate at your own risk.)
