Wednesday,  April 22    Princeton Library - Straw Bale Construction...

Everyone knows the story of the three little pigs and their varied success with home construction.  If Piggy Number Two would have had access to current straw bale construction information and techniques, his straw home would have kept out the big bad wolf!  Whether you’re seriously exploring alternative construction materials and methods or are just plain curious about straw bale construction, mark your calendar for Wednesday, April 22, 6:30 p.m. when Glen Elliott presents a program on straw bale construction.  Glen and Mary Elliott, along with daughter Clair and various pets, live in a three-story straw bale home they designed and built (with the help of friends).  Learn all about straw bale construction--the pros and cons, square foot costs, insulation values, and more during this event which is free and open to all.
