Senior vocalist Margaret Goodwin of PortWashington, Wisconsin, will present a recital Saturday, April 21, at Ripon College. The performance will beginat 2 p.m. in the newly renovated Demmer Recital Hall, C.J. Rodman Center forthe Arts.
Goodwin will perform “Die Forelle,” by FranzSchubert; “Lascia Ch’io Pianga,” by George Frideric Handel; and “L’HeureExquise,” by Reynaldo Hahn.
“I have always enjoyed performing,” says Goodwin.“I especially look forward to singing in six languages, including German, Czechand Scottish Gaelic.”
Goodwin is a double major in biology and music, andplans on pursuing a career in the field of medicine.
